Hi all,
I recently replaced the motherboard, CPU, AND RAM in my aging computer. Now, when playing any game, regardless of stress on the GPU, I will get random freezes after 5-15 minutes. I can restore the game by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and then ESC. Nothing in Windows Event Logs, but after running GPU-Z I noticed that my PerfCap at the exact moment I freeze switches to VRel. Any other time it's PWR or Util. Does it mean by PSU is struggling under the stress of my new system or maybe it's dying? It's 3 years old and had some heavy wear and tear. Thanks for the help! Comp specs below:
i7 4790K 4.0 Ghz
Asus Extreme4 x97 Mobo
16GB DDR RAM 1600mhz
Corsair 650W PSU
EVGA 2GB GTX 660 Superclocked
