All 3 would work and are good quality so it comes down to the price. The HCG 620M is $60 after an instant coupon but it only has 2 6+2 pin PCI-E but it would be fine if you aren't running high powered video cards and it comes with a 5 year warranty (I own a HCG 620m and it is good). The EVGA SuperNOVA 650G1 650W is $67 after a $20 mail in rebate but it has 4 6+2 pin PCI-E connections for running 2 high powered video cards and it has a 10 year warranty. I went over the price stuff in case you are buying in the US, but if you are buying it somewhere else, they are all good, just go with the one with the best price.
