On my secondary desktop pc, sometimes when I try to browse the web it says that it's unable to connect to the proxy server. My pc is hardwired straight into the router like my main pc and I don't have this issue on my main pc. The weird thing is that it only happens sometimes. I can sit there and refresh the page over and over and it'll eventually start working again, but then it stops a few minutes later. It does this with all browsers. I've tried resetting the browser settings multiple times and it doesn't seem to help
It's a windows 7 pc with all updates installed. I've done multiple virus scans which turn up nothing and no hardware changes have been made in a long time. Please help me if you can!
