Is the chipset X79 better than LGA1150 and is 4820k better than 4790k for video editing and modeling and rendering and other CPU intensive stuff. Also a little for gaming but mainly to make a 3D game using GTX 760 SLI. Is it worth it? Also going to upgrade to 32 GB ram later on or should I wait for X99 chipset?

Solution
The 4820K and 4970K are both great CPUs for video editing, gaming, and modeling, but for 3D Game Design, you might want to step up to Xeon and Socket LGA2011.
