the best speakers for gaming

can some on recommend me some good speakers for gaming and music i do not wanna spend over 70$ .i also forgot what a 120hz monitor does over a 60hz

Well, the title said speakers, that's why I asked what motherboard you have, because for gaming you'll be better served by a surround system (5.1 or 7.1), something like this:

If you want a pair of headsets mainly for music within your budget, your choice is very good.

For gaming, I would go with these:

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Surround-Gaming-Headset-Technology/dp/B00CQ35C1Q/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1404962266&sr=1-2 , 7.1 surround, wired.

Or, if you can stretch your budget a little bit you can have this...
