sorry for my Englsh

Solution
I would suggest looking a little into reviews for the brands. The actual components will likely differ little, but I've never heard of Powercolor or Seasonic.
Additionally, I would avoid Chinese brands wherever possible: If you go Chinese, you get Chinese support. If you go western, you get customer support.

Solution
^ Powercolor is simply the last possible choice you should use. Its not dangerous, but there are better.
Seasonic is the name to be when it comes to PSUs. They manufacture all the high end PSUs such as the XFX lineup, and the high end Corsairs.

As I have researched Power color is actually a reliable company .. and according to other forums they are pretty good ^_^

Nice to hear about the company... but did you make sure to check reviews for the card as well? Make sure the sources are legitimate.
