I'm building a budget gaming PC. I'll be running Windows 8.1 Pro. I came up with the following parts list, and I was wondering if anyone has answers to some questions I have.

Questions

-Will this be able to play games on Ultra/Max? (Upcoming games such as GTA V and The Crew, as well as older games like Just Cause 2 and GTA IV w/ graphics enhancers)

-Are there any parts that can be replaced for a lower price while maintaining the ability to play the above?

-Are there any compatibility issues that PC Part Picker didn't catch?

-Will the stock Intel cooler be enough? If not, do you have any suggested budget CPU coolers?

-Do you have any suggestions for budget WiFi cards?

Solution
I changed some parts
put in r9 280 instead
cheaper but quality ram
cheaper and higehr quality psu
better cheaper case imo

-This build will be able to play games just fine.

-i would loose the ssd as it wont actually make game play any better and uses the saved money for a 770. also if you time it well / shop around you can most likely get a better i5 for less. I payed 180 for my 4670k during a amazon sale

- your parts are fine but your psu is of minimal quality.

- your stock cpu cooler is fine. the only real reason to upgrade tat is if you are going to oc which you are not.

-finally just check amazon for a wifi card. I personally just hardwired mine as its not like the tower ever moves anyway.
