I am building a computer for my bro so that he can play the games he likes on high setting and have them run smoothly. He will only be doing light gaming on this and leaving the bigger games to his xbox. Would this be a good budget build for the games he likes?

Also, I live in Aus and will only buy parts from MSY

That build will most definitely handle your games, as well new Gen games on low/med. I saw someone get decent fps on low/mid bf4.

EDIT: I just saw a video of someone getting med/high on those parts. You are good.

Hey there :)  i would make some slight chances without adding much cost.
Replace the gtx 650 ti with the gtx 750 non ti. And get a corsair cx430/vs450 instead no need for that much power :)
I have just build a pc for a friend with g3240 and gigabyte gtx 750 In it. It ran. Bf3 at high settings with 55fps average!
ADD another 4gigs of ram if u can afford it :)
