This started happening yesterday. There's a black bar at the top of my screen which I can't screenshot cause it's like my screen has been moved down a bit, this is all I can see of my task bar:

Things I have tried:
- Resetting Window Settings -- http://prntscr.com/40v06w Won't work unless I get my Windoes disc again, will be last resort tbh
- Moving my screen up -- http://prntscr.com/40v0gl But once that happens, I can't see things moved into the black bar....
I've tried googling it, but nothing comes up for my issue. I have no idea what's going on and it's shitting me to no end because I use my sound mixer and whatnot a lot but can't fucking see it, and I play Arma 3 a lot and can't see if I'm hot-mic'ing or what channel I'm talking in...
Please if anyone has a solution I neeeeed it
