Will a A4-6300 bottleneck a R7-260x

No it shouldn't. Bottlenecking rarely happens now. And if im correct (going off of memory though) that APU runs off of R7 integrated graphics so you might be able to crossfire the integrated GPU and your dedicated GPU
EDIT: Nvm the intergrated graphics are different and dont believe you can crossfire them but the dedicated GPU will not be bottlenecked regarless.

A4 is not bad, but not good for gaming, especially with the integrated graphics.
If you look here, the A4 is not as good as even an older Core 2 Duo E8400 processor. http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/363/AMD_A4-Series_A4-6300_vs_Intel_Core_2_Duo_E8400.html
It will limit you to lower settings in many new games.
I'd go for a A8 or A10 for a gaming system if you need one with integrated video.
