I have a GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P Motherboard
A Gigabyte Geforce GTX 760 2GB
8GB Corsai Vengeance DDR3 RAM
A AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo)
Windows 8.1
Corsair CXM series CX750M 750W
WD Black Series 1TB 7200 RPM
And finally Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
As I asked I was wondering if this is a optimal mid range gaming PC, thanks for answering.

I've got a build very similar to yours. It can play any modern game on at least 30-40 fps (the most intensive one being CoH2), with every setting on Ultra. On Medium-High? You'll be VSYNC'd at 60 fps, no problem.

You'll be fine!

And if your build does get dated after a while, you could buy a better cooler for the CPU (Hyper 212) and GPU (Kraken G10), and with that PSU, you'd be fine to OC to a decent degree.
