will this hardisk hard drive compatible with my pc

Solution
Yes your motherboard has SATA III 6GBs ports. SATA III is the interface from which datas are transfred from your disk to your system. You might need to purchase additional sata cable, but most of the time it comes directly with the HDD you buy.

Don’t get hung up in the 6gb sata 3 port when you are talking about HDD’s, , Sata 3 hardware is backwards compatible with sata 1-2 so you will be fine. There isn’t a HDD out right now that is fast enough to use the sata 3 to its full potential. SSD’s are a different story though as they can run at speeds that will utilize sata 3.

WD Green drives are labeled as 'green', because they spin up and down according to use, in an attempt to 'save energy'. Sometimes even to the 'not spinning at all' state.
Your performance will suffer.

They're not really any cheaper than a WD Blue, and the power saving is maybe, possibly, $5/year.
