sapphire r9 290 tri x
8gb of ram
750w power supply
is the GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD3H good for this build?

i might over clock in the future. i don't really have a need to right now. i got the
ThermalTake Overseer RX-I Full Tower Gaming Case
 
The case uses four giant 200mm fans and one 120mm on rear. That is sufficient for airflow. I would recommend a high-end air cooler like the Noctua NH-D15.

However, if you are not overclocking right now, you don't have to buy the cooler right now. You can swap coolers at a later point in time. Just stick with the stock cooler.

for air cooling CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO or Noctua NH-D14 or NH-D15 for water cooling i dont know corsair h100i
 

The stock cooler is sufficient. And bad noise is not always the case. I have a build running an i5-4670 (locked) and the stock cooler is sufficient and the stock cooler doesn't make loud noises. It's not always the case.



The Corsair H100i is not compatible with the case.
