So a few days ago I decided on most other components of my budget gaming PC. These are my components thus far-

AMD FX 6300 Processor
MSI 970A-G43 Motherboard
4GB Corsair DDR3 1600MHz
Sapphire R9 270x

I already have an HDD, but might buy a new one later, 1tb, 7200 RPM. I want to know if either CX500 or VS650 will be enough to run this system. Both are priced the same in my country. I won't be overclocking anything. This is my case-

I might cut down on the case and go one with a single case fan at the back and use the money to get a better power supply if needed.

Thank you.

What website do you prefer to shop on? There might be much better power supply that are just a bit more expensive.

If there are no other options, get the CX500 if you are not using an uninterruptible power supply and get the VS650 if you are using an uninterruptible power supply.

I'd probably go with the CX 500, arguably slightly better than VS. Or if your from India, go with this Seasonic.

Seasonic ECO 500W: http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-eco-500-watts-psu/p/it...

It's OEM, so not painted or braided cables, still Seasonic quality (one the best PSU manufacturers).

Thank you all for answering. I will be going for the CX500 and probably will upgrade to a better one sometime later.
