So, last time I tried to restart my pc it went off and when it came back on the fans and lights turned on and my cases power button flashed as if it was in sleep mode. After that, I turned it off and now every time I turn it on, the same happens. My monitor, keyboard, and mouse get no signal either. I've also removed the RAM and started it up, no beeps, fans and lights still ran as usual.

Specs are:
Mobo- MSI Z97-G45
CPU- Core i7 4790K
GPU- Tri-x Saphire R9 290x
RAM- Crucial Ballistix 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
PSU- Corsair HX750

Solution
1. Re-set CMOS (or remove CMOS battery for some minutes while PC unplugged)
2. Re-seat the Video Card in its slot and re-seat all power connections
3. Check for shorting wires anywhere
4. re-build PC barebones/minimum (no drives, no usb connected etc.) and run off of on-board graphics if you have them
5. If none of that helps try a new PSU first, then motherboard

And please post detailed specs
