Hello guys! I don't actually plan on fixing this problem since I am fine with out sleep and actually prefer sleep off. I am just curios to why my PC isn't waking up properly.

SPECS:
CPU: FX - 6300
MOBO: GA-970A-D3
GPU: SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7850 OC 1GB
RAM: Some coarsair RAM (didn't buy it online, bought it from some guy without packaging but its 1333 MHZ 2X 4GB). And Patriot http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220705 I only have one DIMM of 4GB.
PSU: Coarsair CX600.

So when I put it to sleep, it goes to sleep fine, when I click the mouse or keyboard, it turns back on and the BIOS screen comes up and the computer goes BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP I looked at the mobo beep codes and it said its a power error (makes sense). The video does come up on the screen so I don't think its a video card problem. If I have windows hybrid sleep enabled, It will beep for a few cycles and It will say "Resuming Windows" and it will take a while to get back into windows, but when it does, I am back to where I was at before It went to sleep. Maybe a ram issue since I mixed different brands of RAM? Maybe a widows power setting? I am a little puzzled?
But again, I don't plan on fixing this because I don't really want sleep. I'm just curios. Thanks guys!

I saw a BIOS update on GIGABYTES website and it said "Modify setting compatibility of wake up timing" on the BIOS update FD. I have FC.

I probably won't just because I don't want to brick the board or cause other bugs or something. I've had the computer for over a year and I have been living without it all this time so I think I am fine. Thanks!
