ASUS Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard BIOS is screwed up! [HELP]

My BIOS has been like this forever on this monitor (if I hook it up to my dads monitor it works just fine but i'd rather be able to do it on mine) I honestly don't know how to fix it and I believe we did flash a new BIOS update onto it and it is still like this Picture of the menu: http://imgur.com/QcG9ART

That doesn't look like it is any problem with the BIOS settings. It sounds like the problem is with the monitor. Which model is the monitor? Have you tried plugging your monitor into your dad's computer? Also, try using a different cable to connect the PC to the monitor.

It also looks like it could possibly be the graphics card that is the problem. However, I doubt this, as you said it works fine with your dad's monitor.

I was using HDMI output for both in and out, hooked up another cord and it worked just fine, thanks!
