i/o shield help

I recently purchased a motherboard but it came without a i/o shield and I can't find one to buy maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

Motherboard is a: Msi z87 g45 gaming.

I've contacted them and they asked for my address and phone number, it's been one month and i've contacted them times since with no reply. So I was wondering if I could buy one.
