Solution
The strongest card you can run with a 300w psu is a 7750 or a GTX750/ti.
Unfortunately, there are limited standard low profile versions available.
Here is one for a 7750:

If your case permits, you might be able to use a pcie x16 riser card to mount the graphics card horizontally. Here is one:

You then could use a stronger GTX750 or GTX750ti card.
