My hard drive in my computer recently broke and I went out and go it replaced. I set up windows * and installed steam. I started to download skyrim, but to pass the time while it was downloading i downloaded a 2d fighting called megabyte punch. Megabyte punch is not demanding at all, but it was running at single digit frames, so i then checked the rating windows gave my computer and it was a 2.0. The 2.0 was caused by my desktop graphics which used to be in the sixes, and my gaming graphics used to be 7.0 but are now 4.0. I have an amd quad core 1.7 ghz apu and 6gb of ram. Before my computer could run metro last light with no problems now it stutter on the most basic games. If anyone has any ideas what might be wrong I would be very grateful.
