My pc is freezing alot when playing games or videos

My pc starts to freeze after i play games like League of legends or Watch dogs
or when i watch videos

My pc spec :
Windows 7 64x ultimate
Graphic card : Amd 7850 hd / Catalyst Version : 14.4
PSU : 600w or 650w SeaSonic
Processor : I5-2400 3.10 GHz

(1) I reinstalled the windows several times
(2) cleaned my pc case ( no more dusts )
(3) i dont think that its a heat issue

Have you done any stress-testing of your components? Prime95 against the CPU (make sure to use a temp monitor to see how hot it gets), memtest86+ for RAM, and I would recommend a paid copy of 3DMark to loop the GPU and Combo demos separately. If you do 8 hours each, that could weed out any hardware issues you have. The PSU seems like it should be enough for your rig, but it could still be a faulty unit. If the PSU is bad, I would expect that to crop up in a lengthy 3DMark combo run (GPU + CPU).

the heaven and valley benchmarks from unigine are solid free alternatives to a paid 3DMark copy. At least I prefer the free version of unigine to free version of 3DMark.

But yea there is not much information to go on here. You say it "starts to freeze" are you crashing or just experiencing stutter/slow downs?

Slow Downs when i watch videos
and the screen freeze for 1 min when i play league of legends or watch dogs and after 2or 3 min it freezes again
