best cpu for graphic/

I just need some more explanation between Intel HD graphics 4600 with up to 1792MB total graphics memory and AMD Radeon HD 8650G graphics with up to 4206MB total graphics memory, who is the best ? and why ?

generally for 3 graphic or workstation or 3d editting, I would suggest a desktop over a laptop unless you tend to have to move around a lot and bring it with you

8650G and 4600 are both iGPU (intergrated)

the 8650G is afaik the better GPU due to more overall GPU horse power

memory is but a number and scales with resolution
for iGPU, speed of the memory is more important than size to a certain point
