so i was in my bios today (mb asrock extreme 4) and saw a option that allows me to overclock my cpu even tho its not a k model, i enabled this and restarted my pc. it booted and automatically clocked it at 4.3ghz instead of 3.4Ghz. it was running fine and i was running some tests making it hit 100% load and there wants a problem. but after around 15 mins for no reason id just get blue screen of death, this happened around 4 times before i restored my bios and everything is back fine,running.
btw im running the z77 socket 1155.
so why is this and is it good to overclock my cpu.
