Do all Video/Graphics Cards have the same airflow?

I wanted to find out if the airflow on all video/graphics cards are the same...
Is it sucking air from the fan into the heatsink, or is it blowing out of the fan?

I ask because I want to know the optimal mounting of a pc case's side panel fan (by the video/graphics card location). Many suggests intake, while many suggests exhaust.

Here's a photo of a video/graphics card with notations, so I can get a better understanding of whatever you guys' inputs.
So which airflow is it?

Solution
The picture on the LEFT is accurate in most cases. The GPU is trying to push the heat out of the case, as opposed to putting hot air back into circulation. But GPU's with no air slots near the ports do not exhaust out the case in that manner, which some indeed, do not.

Hope it helps!

Thank you for your reply.
That's what I thought it was, but I asked because my GPU's temp. appears to be higher when I mount the pc case side panel fan as intake.
It's weird because having the side panel fan as intake is usually the optimal configuration, but when I have the side panel fan as exhaust, the GPU's temp. goes down by about 1-3 degrees celsius. It isn't much of a difference, but I just want it the optimal way even with minimal gains.
Any idea why it's doing that? To add to the confusion, removing the side panel fan completely with just passive vent, the GPU's temp. goes down by about 1-2 degrees celsius.

Depends on the environment your case is in! If it's in a tight fit, it wouldn't be intaking much air, so it wouldn't be helping much. And in that case (pun), exhausting the hot air to the outside would be more beneficial. Also leaving it more open would probably even help.

Don't forget to select best answer if you feel we've helped, please :)

By the way, I do not see "Best Answer" button. There is however a "Pick as best solution" button...
Also, in some cases, what if 5 people replied with all good answers, then what do I do, since I can only click one best? Leave it alone/blank?
I'm new to this forum so I'm unfamiliar with all of these features.

That's the button!

If 5 people responded with good answers...hmm. I suppose it goes into their attitude, response time, or maybe even a wheel-of-indecisiveness.
