I am deciding to build my own pc because it is much cheaper than using a site like Cyberpower or buying one pre-built from a store like BestBuy.
I am on a budget of about $750 including Windows 8 and a new monitor. So that leaves about $550 for the pc. My current build so far:

I plan on playing games like BF4, Crysis 3, Minecraft w/ shaders, Black Ops 2, World of Tanks, WarThunder, but not on max settings.

I am wondering what i can downgrade if needed to reduce the cost of the overall pc.

I already switched a Radeon R9 270X for the R7 260X because the 270X seemed like an overkill. The cooler might be an overkill too but I plan on overclocking the FX-6300 and I read the stock cooler wont be good enough and the Hyper 212 EVO was the best choice for overclocking. Also I want to know which is the better motherboard for the price (keep in mind I want to overclock the CPU):
M5A97 R2.0

GIGABYTE GA-907a-UD3P

GIGABYTE GA-907a-DS3P
Don't really want this one because it has crappy onboard audio (VIA) and don't want to spend an extra $20 on a Realtek Audio Card

ASrock 970 Pro3 R2.0

MSI 970a-G43 or G46

I'd go the Asus, great mobo, OCs well, good BIOS, runs cool, think you'd be pleased with it :)
