I can do this for you once I have the time in around 10 mins, but why $500 or $780? Do you mean something between those two figures, why would you want it one or the other?

It's gona have to be $780, because a $500 gaming pc with all the peripherals is impossible.

Oh, right, makes more sense.

Anyway, something like this is probably the best you can do for that budget: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MOAN005Fvw&feature=kp
You could get nice peripherals with the extra $280, or I can make a few tweaks for you and you can get decent peripherals and a much better PC.

Here is a build based off of the Austin Evans one I linked before, however, it has the best CPU and GPU you will be able to get for that budget, however doesn't include the mouse and keyboard as this is more up to decide, you can still easily buy a mouse and keyboard with the remaining $30, they won't be anything amazing but it's a much better idea to get a okay ish mouse & Kboard now, and upgrade later, rather than getting a sub par PC and having to rebuild parts of it later.

Build comes in at $750 with this monitor:

OS included, if you really want to get a better mouse and Kboard I can make the build slightly cheaper for you without sacrificing too much.
