Its been almost a year and my laptop gives 6hours of battery. i dont know what type of battery it is(Li-Po or Nickel or something types). so if i use the laptop with power pluggged in all the time will it damage my battery or affect the battery life? Is it harmful for a battery to be plugged in when using? im not sure about the direct AC power flow thing when the battery is fully charged!

Solution
I would think that there would be circuitry that would stop charging the battery when full, then just run on the ac adapter. My ASUS charges the battery, then doesn't charge it at all until the battery runs down to 95% (just by not being used and always plugged in 24/7). This happens maybe once a week or so. I've had my laptop for about 14 months, and it only shows 4% battery wear after all that time. I would imagine all newer laptops do something similar to extend the lifespan of the battery as long as possible. But I could be mistaken (as I've no experience with newer Acer laptops).

Your laptop has a non-removable battery, some manufacturers have a way to disconnect the battery with a program. But even if the battery is always connected and charging, the charging circuit when the battery is full charge, will give a trickle charge, a low current to the battery. It will be preferable to remove the battery when you use the laptop for a long time at the same place, but your laptop is design with a non-removable battery by the user.
