Is this a good and compatible build:

CPU: Intel Core I5-4460 Haswell 3.2GHz LGA 1150
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 Socket 1150
RAM: G.skill RipjawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 CL9 1.35v Dual Channel
PSU: SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W 80 PLUS
Case: ZALMAN Z3 Plus
HDD: Western Digital Caviar BLUE WD10EZEX 1TB
ODD: ASUS DRW-24B5ST 24X DVD-RW DL

Yes, that'll work, if you're okay with integrated graphics. Also, getting a processor marked with a "k" would allow for future overclocking, and would thus be a worthy investment. Other than that, you're good to go!

Only when paired with an appropriately overclocking friendly motherboard. Really don't want to try out overclocking on a B series board.
