Hey all, I have an AMD F X 8320, and 8(2x4)GB of ddr3 1600mhz ram, just sat waiting to be used!
I was planning on getting the Asus M5A97 R2.0 (@£66~)
But now I mostly use my PC for video editing and light/medium gaming (I think bf3 is the most demanding game I own). So I was planning on shrinking my case, to an mATX, cos I don't have a desk any more, just a TV, and my really old case has only 1 fan socket, and is an eye sore (90s cream n blue!). Lol
So I was thinking of getting the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 (@£46~) + a basic mATX case.
Will it work OK? I don't really need to OC, and I also have an AMD 6870 GPU, and a 630w psu.
I should have plenty of juice for it.
Any real bad sides to a mATX mobo?
