Hi, I was wondering if this cpu would be too slow for this gpu and cause a bottleneck, (i plan to upgrade my cpu with these to products)

EVGA GeForce GTX 760 FTW edition w/ ACX Cooling 4GB GDDR5

It will be marginal. Some games will be CPU intensive and a bottleneck may occur. Other games will not be an issue. Online gaming on a busy 64 player server might cause the CPU to bottle neck the gfx card too. But, since the next step down for Nvidia is the GTX 750 Ti, I would go for the GTX 760 myself, and live with an occasional bottleneck when it occurs. Your FM2/FM2+ board won't accept anything more powerful than the CPU you have now anyway.
