I recently bought a new laptop with windows 8.1 on it and i installed the drivers and everything else needed. Then i started playing games and my FPS (frames per second) was like 80 at the beginning. After about 2 weeks something about my graphics popped up but i can't remember what and since then my FPS was 18 and every game was lagging and i couldn't play any games normally like I used to. I have AMD Radeon HD 8650G + 8600M Dual Graphics. Is there any universal solution to this problem. Please help me.
