So I just got an ASUS VG248QE, installed the ToastyX Strobelight-Lightboost Utility, went into setup and selected the refresh rates to install, rebooted my computer and upon reboot, my computer now fails to turn on. It powers on, fans start spinning then clicks off, then clicks back on and fans start spinning again, then it clicks off again and repeats. I have 0 idea what just happened or what I should do about it.
I cannot get into BIOS, cannot boot from optical drive. Stays on for maybe 2 seconds then clicks off again.
If related, my nvidia drivers were up to date on my 780 ti when i made the change.
