I already have 2x4gb of PNY DDR3 RAM. I was wondering If I could add 2x8 of PNY DDR3 RAM. Do the 2 pairs of RAM have to be the same amount, or will it be okay seeing as it is the same type of RAM?
I am wondering because I used to have 2x4gb of PNY RAM and 2x4gb of SuperTalent RAM and it would cause bluescreens.

same brand ram with equal bus speed is okk .....so u are going to add 24 gbs of ram ?? check that if your motherboard supports 32 gigs of ram...and using 2x4 gb and 2x8gb ram is not preferable but you can like that if u want to ...
