Installed Windows 7 on SSD but my HDD also has Windows 7 Question.

Hello guys I have a quick question regarding an old HDD.

I have installed Windows 7 on an SSD and made it my primary boot. However, my old HDD also has W7. Should I format the HDD to become storage since my HDD was part of another motherboard and CPU or can I still use the programs? I currently upgraded and since the old HD was installed on an amd cpu & motherboard will it work for Intel?
Any information is appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Format it and reinstall your applications. They won't work with the new OS on the SSD.
