Hello everyone I'm hoping you guys/gals can calm my nerves about updating my AMD drivers.
Basic Questions.
1) Do I need to uninstall the old Catalyst drivers from the uninstall feature in windows before installing the new ones? I read that if you are not changing graphic cards you just need to install the new drivers and it will uninstall current and install new.
2) If I do uninstall the drivers and restart my machine, what will Windows 8.1 do on start up? use it's main drivers and boot up like normal?
3) Reverting to older drivers, I have 14.6 beta and if I wanted to go back to my previous drivers 13.12 would I simply fallow the steps above?
14.6 (for me) is running my GPU 5-10 degrees hotter then before.
Any suggestions or need to know info would be greatly appreciated.
