is my psu enough?

i built a new high end gaming pc yesterday
gigabyte gtx780ti oc
i7 4770k
16gb ram
gigabyte gaming 3 motherboard

with a psu greenmax 650 watts thats written over it can reach 800watts
and the amp is 40


i read on the gtx780ti that it needs 42 amp !!!!

does it make a difference?

Yours has 40a on dual 12v rails. That should be more than enough.
