Radeon R9 270 Graphics not working

I recently put a Sapphire Dual-X R9 270 2GB 256bit GDDR5 into my computer i have had for 6 years. When i started up my computer it detected the new device and installed drivers, i then began to install the drivers for the card on the CD and it blue screened when i walked away. I re installed everything and uninstalled old graphics card drivers (current and old card).And it still wont work. I go into device manager and in my display adapters i see Standard VGA and Radeon HD 4200 but no R9 270.Also during the driver install it says the Video Drivers failed to install.

I have an
MSI 785GM-E65 AM3 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Athlon II X3 425 Rana Triple-Core 2.7GHz Socket AM3 95W Processor ADX425WFGIBOX
8 Gigs of ram

95W CPU + 450W GPU 430W is not enough. This card needs quite a bit more power to run.
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm check this website that shows how many watts GPU uses. My best recommendation is to give your hardware some breathing room. You dont have to turn safe mode on. Just make sure your power is off and unplugged

I doubt its a power supply issue though, I had GTX 660 as my main card and GTX 750 for PhysX using CX430. A 430W PSU and it worked perfectly fine.

When you uninstalled your GPU, did you go on Safe Mode?

good power supply like 600W with rating of 80 Plus Gold

i not asking you, i asking the OP. And you are wrong. 550 bronze quality psu is fine with least 40 amps on 12v rails.
