Antec makes very good power supplies, and your 80+ certified 630 watt model is plenty. The only caveat with 630 watts is that you'll never have enough juice to add another card in the future for SLI.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
•GeForce GTX 780 Ti 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

To run a 780 you need at least 42 amps on the 12v rail. The one you listed only has 30A on the 12v rail, so no that PSU will not be good enough to run the 780 properly. Let me know your budget for a PSU and I will be able to help you find one.

I'm seeing two +12 volt rails @ 30 Amps each = 60 Amps on a SLI certified +80 PSU.

It only has 30amps, realhardtechx.com is showing two 12v rails, but it has one rail with a ATX and EPS connector attached.

My advice, when you are buying a PSU spend the extra money to get a good quality PSU. The PSU is connected to every component, and if it fails can damage completely fry everything else in your system. I always check jonnyguru.com when it comes to buying power supplies. Here are a few that I would recommend and the order I would buy them in. i hope this helps, like I said play it safe and spend the extra money when it comes to power supplies.

From my understanding that is just one 12v rail that has been split. I don’t think it doubles the Amp. If I am wrong please correct me and like some information so I can give proper advice in the future.
