I have a geforce 9800 gtx + as you may have guessed from the title. My Specs are Motherboard:Foxconn A74MX-S/A74MX-K chipset:RS690/RS690M southbridge:SB700 Ram:4096MB Processor:AMD Phenon(tm) II X4 925 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz socket:AM3 (938) Also I wish for it to be at least double HDMI output!

Solution
The GTX 750 Ti would be about the best card that won't be bottle necked by your CPU. The GTX 760 if you don't mind a little bottle neck in certain games.
GTX 750 Ti: http://www.hwcompare.com/17429/geforce-9800-gtx-vs-geforce-gtx-750-ti/
GTX 760: http://www.hwcompare.com/14929/geforce-9800-gtx-vs-geforce-gtx-760/

But the 760 demands more power than the card you have now. So be sure your PSU is adequate.

Well most likely something best for the buck, since I do not have a job at the moment. As long as it is better than this one. Also I forgot to say I wish for it to be at least double HDMI output!
