My ASUS 650TI seams to have blown out the HDMI on my 55" VIZIO, had to use another port. and now it works fine.

Sometimes hdmi from pc's doesn't work on some tv's. The pc wants the 'monitor' to be on when it sends a signal and the tv wants the signal before it'll switch to hdmi.
