I want Watercooling loop with 1 CPU and GPU for $350 max and a 360mm radiator. I don't want a really thin radiator, and I want a d5 pump.

Is this possible? Can this be done. And could you please not recommend a watercooling kit. I am looking to see what you guys can pick out so I can pick and choose what I like, or if there is a similarly priced block or whatever that I like.

Not for $350.
Also we don't know where you live, so what shop should we recommend? What country, what city. Assuming USA, but this is the inter webs after all.

A D5 should cost ~$100.
A cheap 360 rad $100
Water block $100 each
Thats $400. You still need a shroud, fans, fan speed controller, hoses, connectors, clamps, dust filters, reservoir, thermal paste, deionised water and antibacterial additive.

At the time, I spent close to $1,000 on my water setup, and 5 years without any maintenance and it's still great.

For $350 your money is much better spent on a pre-built kit.

Medical grad de-ionised water with some car coolant, which acted at an anti bacterial.
It's not looking so great these days, but it still cools just great, so I'll leave it.
