Needed help for choosing a gfx!

Hello to Toms Hardware, its my first question here!

I wanna know that which is the best graphics card i must buy1

MY BUDJET--- Rs 7000( 1$ = Rs 60/-)

My specs:
Processor: AMD phenom xii 560 black edition processor
Ram : 4gb
Motherboard: ASUS M4N68T M LEV2
PSU : Corsair VS450
Current gfx: Sapphire ati radeon hd 6750

I want to change my gfx now!!!
Pls suggest me some!

nvidia gtx 750 ti is probably close to your price range. If you need to go lower than that get the gtx 750 (non-ti)

sapphire 260x 2gb or gtx 750 (asus, gigabyte, MSI) or gtx 750 ti (gigabyte, asus, MSI)

all are great cards, I would say the slowest is 750, then goes 260x and then 750ti... but by a small margin

with an atx mobo he has an atx case... any atx case can fit those tiny cards..

Not always, some HDD bays are pulled right out to prevent some of the smaller cards from fitting.

the only problem is that his currency is indian rupee, Im not sure he has the priviledge of shopping at newegg :)

oh, well I didnt knew that... well his current card is almost if not the same size as 750 \ 260x ...

could be, depends on what size his current card is. In his country, a R7 250X is most within budget, not sure if he can expand for a GTX 750Ti.
