So I recently bough and built this

My powwer supple is this one

I connected everything except from the ram because i still havent received it but i wanted to check if everything was ok. when I press the button the power supply fan spins less than a second and stops. No lights and nothing else starts or anything. i need help

you need ram for it do anything other than do what you described

and you need to get a better power supply imo ala Corsair CX430/500 or EVGA 500B

Even just to get everything running i mean like just for everything to run?
Im not even using monitor just want to see if the hardware works. If i need the ram for that its very good to know that it isnt a malfunctioning hardware

okay thats better

depending on your motherboard it may make beeps if it has a bios speaker

maybe other fans might spin

Okay so when i get the ram and the new Power supple it should work normally?

it should work just fine assuming all the parts are working

5 things are needed for a true post
PSU+RAM+CPU+GPU+MB (guess a screen to see stuff and confirm)
