first time turned on new custom built pc I get usb current status detected

I just bought and built a custom pc and I turned it on for the first time everything worked and it went to the bios screen for maybe 5 seconds then it goes to American Mega Trends and that page says it will shut down in 30 seconds and then after 30 seconds my computer shuts down. Under American Mega Trends there is something that says usb current status detected and under that it says shutdown in 15 seconds and then it shutdowns

What kind of motherboard do you have? Also just to clarify, did your PC go into the BIOS setup menu on its own without you pressing anything on your keyboard or just until the POST screen and then turning itself off?

sorry for being unclear
the motherboard is the Asus M5A 78L-M LX PLUS
and it was the post screen (that is where it asks me to press delete right?)
sorry this is my first pc build and I kind of just went for it
