H97 or Z87 chipset?

Soon, I will be upgrading my CPU to an i5 4690 and of course my mobo

So I am a gamer, not the hardcore type one, just a typical gamer

My GPU is factory overclocked, and I dont intend to overclock it more nor make a crossfire/SLI configuation

And my soon to be i5 4690 CPU will stay as is

and if I may ask, can you give me a short background about these chipsets and their differences?

help me on this one guys

unfortunately, Z97 chipsets on uATX mobos are not yet available in my country

if not going for a "k" processor, the Z chipsets will be of no real use to you unless you go for multiple graphics cards in X16 or X8 configurations.

-If you are considering a SLI/Xfire setup later on, consider buying a Z87/Z97 motherboard.

in the bulk of it, pretty much. In the "Z" chipset motherboards, also expect more features like USB ect, but nothing that important to worry about.
