Have you tried using windows start up repair if you can get to that somehow?
>try to get a windows image on a flash drive and boot it from there
>if you can, unplug your hard drive and plug it into a different connector on your motherboard (maybe the one you have is faulty)

Did you perhaps install any software or drivers before this happened? They might have caused the issue.

It's most likely you have some faulty drivers preventing boot-up,I'd say
just try to get into the start up repair if you can,I'm pretty sure that can fix your problem (That's why I asked if you could put it onto a USB,maybe you'll be able to load windows setup and get to start up repair from there)

i think there is something wrong ,
i try formatting it with Windows XP and it's worked,
but everytime i want to format it on windows 7 , the windows 7 is not working,, i tried it on another computer the disk is working, even using a Pendrive,, i really want to make it a windows 7, >.<

huh,that's odd...
I have one idea,go take a look in the BIOS and change the way you access your hard drive,or tamper with those settings a bit,I recall having issues installing windows on a PC that wasn't correctly adjusted.
(so it's mostly hard drive settings in BIOS,if you have any,as in the type of access used, maybe even SATA disc access type)
try to play with those settings, but to remember what you had up untill now,so you put everything back to the way it was if it doesn't work.
Oh,and,do post some info about your PC,what's the motherboard to be more exact.

my motherboard is Biostar A880gz am3+
Phenom II x4 965
500gb WD caviar blue HDD
4gb ram

it is really wierd, because when i use XP i can format it, (actually i'm using XP now) but if i'm going to use windows 7 it's hanging on the Windows logo, i tried using it on the other computer and it's worked , my windows 7 installer is working on the other computer, i tried Disk and Pendrive both not working on my Desktop, >.< it's really annoying it's like he's not accepting any windows 7,, wierd >.<
