Hello Folks,
I'm stuck with some little thing and I need your help. I'm going to start working on softwares like Maya, Realflow & Adobe Creative Suite, but I don't know which GPU I should go with? Main pref is Softwares (fast viewport view, better performance). I known nvidia is having some advantages for maya, I've heard of it but if you could help me with that too, Please reply. Thank you.

Also can you tell me to whether my rig is fine or not ?

Here nvidia wins aka 760. Nvidia has a technology in their gpus known as cuda cores which aides in such softwares. Google cuda cores to find out more. But mind you in performance wise the 280x will beat the 760. The best direct competitor with 280x os the 770

Amd is offering more performance at same money. Id go for r9 280x any day. Overall performance in games is this
Gtx 760- 85% to r9 280 -100%
Yes games, games but games express reall performance quite accurate soo yes... 280x FTW.

Two guys from my office used amd r9 290x for it their systems struggled with opengl the api struggles to display data right and feels slow in response... at this point stick to nvidia on this one. AMD just isn't up to par.
