Random horizontal lines through middle of Monitor

These lines appear randonmly and I cant figure out why I tried updating my Nvidia Video Card drivers and it didnt work please help.
Edit: I have two monitors and its only taking place on the one i bought two months again that is set as my main monitor.

Try your onboard graphics.

Try another card in your pc.

Try your card in another pc.

When i take out the power cable from my main monitor and plug it back in 5 seconds later it fixes the problem temporarily.

I ended up trying 3 other cables to try and get it to stop and no success. Is it possible my monitor is dying even though I've only it for less than 2 months? The issue occurs every 20 or so minutes and last for 1-3 minutes.
