Restrict inbound WiFi Users to single folder (Movie database for Media Portal)?

Greetings:
Is there a way to restrict WiFi users who connect to my WiFi router access to a single folder on a PC connected to that router?
This would be for Team Media Portal that is running on the remote PC to access the actual movie database to select/playback movies.

You can set file rights based on computers on the network, but you'd have to know the computer names.
Or you can just setup access rights so the only thing set for Everyone is the files you want them to access. If the user rights on set on the share and folders they can see them but not access them.
