someone please please help, im new to these things, how would a
Intel Core i5 3570K cope with a GTX 770 gpu? will that be fine? that would cost around $660 in my country, then $100 for 8gb ram, $200 for pc tower case and power supply, and i will buy a standard motherboard, so it wont cost more than $1,000, is this the best build i am getting for a 1K budget? i dont really need a mouse/keyboard/monitor etc, but im just wondering if this is the best way to go? thanks a lot.

Solution
That was tough. Best I got (including the HDD):

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($245.00 @ CPL Online)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($89.00 @ CPL Online)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($99.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.00 @ CPL Online)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($369.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($84.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+...

I dont know what country you are in so I dont know whats available, but yes the 3570k and 770 would be good together.

Fine and without issues.

I don't know. Product pricing is not the same everywhere. And currency value is not the same everywhere. Where do you live? Does that "$" represent USD, CAD, or AUD?
